of the District Court for Lublin-Wschód in Lublin, with registered seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register,
n registration of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association made on 13 November 2025, adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 3
of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of LW Bogdanka S.A. of 05 November 2025.

The Management Board of the Company encloses the list of the amendments together with the uniform text of the Articles of Association
