The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 1 October 2020 it received a notification from the Minister of State Assets of appointing, under Article 16.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Mr Grzegorz Wróbel as a member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted declaration, Mr Grzegorz Wróbel is not involved in any activity competing with the Company. She is not a partner in any partnership competing with the Company, he does not hold positions in corporate bodies of any company competing with the Company, and she is not a member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competing with the Company. He is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.
