The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that the shareholders present at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., which took place on 27 April 2012, in total held 12,418,428 votes. This means that the Company’s share capital consisting of 34,013,590 shares, each conferring the right to one vote, was represented atthe Annual General Shareholders Meeting in 36.51%.


List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting is attached hereto.
