Content:

The Management Board of LW BOGDANKA S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (“Company”) hereby publishes the uniform text of the Articles of Association of LW BOGDANKA S.A. adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board on 25 May 2012.

The uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporates amendments which were introduced to the Company's Articles of Association by virtue of Resolutions Nos. 3 to 9 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company dated 27 April 2012.

The resolution of the Supervisory Board on adopting the uniform text of the Articles of Association will come in force on the date of registering the amendments to the provisions of the Articles of Association in the National Court Register.

The existing provisions and the content of the resolved amendments to the Company's Articles of Association were published in Current Report No. 26/2012 of 27 April 2012.

The uniform text of the Articles of Association is attached to this Current Report.
