(the “Company”) hereby announces that on 21 December 2011 it has been notified that on 21 December 2011 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the Issue Prospectus in relation to the Company’s application for its series B shares to be admitted and introduced to trading on the regulated market. The Issue Prospectus will be published today, i.e. on 21 December 2011, in an electronic form on the Company’s website (www.lw.com.pl) and on the website of the offeror (www.dibre.pl).
