The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 20 December 2017 it received a notification from the Minister of Energy of appointing, under Article 16.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Ms Anna Spoz as a member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted declaration, Ms Anna Spoz is not involved in any activity competing with the Company. She is not a partner in any partnership competing with the Company, she does not hold positions in corporate bodies of any company competing with the Company, and she is not a member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competing with the Company. She is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997 (Dz. U. of 2007, No. 168, item 1186).

The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 20 December 2017 it received a notification from the Minister of Energy of appointing, under Article 16.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Ms Anna Spoz as a member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted declaration, Ms Anna Spoz is not involved in any activity competing with the Company.
