The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 29 December 2017 the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., resolved to dismiss Ms Magdalena Kaczmarek from the Supervisory Board.
Further, the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. resolved to appoint Ms Ewa Nowaczyk to the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted declarations, Ms Ewa Nowaczyk is not involved in any activity competing with the Company. She is not a shareholder in any partnership competing with the Company, she does not hold a position in corporate bodies of any company competing with the Company, and she is not a member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competing with the Company. She is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997 (Dz. U. of 2007, No. 168, item 1186).
