(“Company”) hereby informs you that it was notified on 27 October 2016 that the District Court for Lublin-Wschód in Lublin, with registered office in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, issued a decision on registering a new version of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. on 17 August 2016.
