− 19,770,590 Series A Shares and 11,000,000 Series C Shares of Lubelski WęgielBogdanka S.A., which are ordinary bearer shares with par value of PLN 5.00 per share, marked by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository of Securities, NDS) with code ISIN PLLWBGD00016;

− 11,000,000 Rights to Series C Shares of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., marked by the NDS with code ISIN PLLWBGD00024.

- request for admission to public trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main market, on June 25, 2009, of 11,000,000 Rights to Series C Shares of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., marked by the NDS with code ISIN PLLWBGD00024.
