Subject: Appointment of the Management Board of LW Bogdanka S.A.

The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. with registered office in Bogdanka (Company) hereby announces that on 8 April 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions regarding the appointment, on the day following the approving the financial statements for 2025, of the Management Board for a new term composed of the persons listed below:

• Zbigniew Stopa - President of the Management Board,
• Pan Bartosz Rożnawski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Production,
• Pan Sławomir Krenczyk- Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to complete the recruitment procedure for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs without selecting a candidate.

According to the submitted declarations, none of the newly appointed members of the Company’s Management Board is engaged in activities competing with those carried out by LW Bogdanka, or participates in a competitive entity as a partner or shareholder in a civil partnership, partnership, joint-stock company, or is involved in other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. None of the newly appointed members of the Company’s Management Board is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act and is not listed in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons

The Company’s Management Board encloses information about the education, qualifications and positions held by the Members of the LW Bogdanka S.A.’s Management Board, together with a description of their professional careers.
